How are we using it?

I always add tasks to my app no where I am. For instance, when I'm out running errands and remember that I need to schedule a doctor's appointment, I can quickly add it to the app without waiting to get back to my computer or navigating a complicated app.To keep myself organized, I review my emails and tasks and prioritize which ones require my immediate attention, which ones can wait, and which ones I want to delay for a later time. If I know I can't do something right away, I use the Gmail feature to snooze the email, which hides it and shows it again on a specific date.This helps me stay focused on the most important tasks at hand and keeps my inbox organized. When I complete a task or email, I promptly archive it or mark it as done.
